Vegan Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe Gluten-Free.

How do baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually have to have a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait the next century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just how I roll up. But I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste just like the cookies you receive around Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and don't crumble whatsoever.

But what largely convinced me was you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the biscuits is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can combine two components.

Though in the event that you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you consume them), however I have to say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They are tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the rest inside an hour.

They are fantastic for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick pleasant bite on the move. Nowadays I keep them as a quick bite in my backpack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats for example. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which subsequently can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to cause you to feel more awake

Much like peanuts -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they have an adequate quantity of good carbohydrates but also for being the huge players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you've got a hard day before you.

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats work very nicely )

Optional: Healthier Flourless Monster Cookies Ambitious Kitchen

two tsp cinnamon

1 little handful raisins

1 small number walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, pear

You may add pretty much whatever you enjoy!


Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Obtain a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Add the cup of oats and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is well mixed

Place baking paper on the menu so that the cookies do not stick. If you don't possess this make sure to wash the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you're vegan)

To make the cookie contour simply grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It's super fast and easy.

EQUIPMENT: You just need a strong baking dish and a few parchment paper, cool as.
